Gelonghui May 1 丨 Jiajin Investment International (00310carcrashroblox.HK) announcedcarcrashrobloxOn April 30, 2024, the Company and the Subscriber entered into a subscription agreement, pursuant to which the Company has agreed to issue and the Subscriber has agreed to subscribe for convertible notes in the principal amount of HK$4 million (at a fixed price of 0 per conversion share during the conversion period)carcrashroblox.166 Hong Kong dollars). The completion of the subscription agreement will be implemented after the subscription agreement is signed.

Assuming the conversion rights are fully exercised at the initial conversion price of HK$0.166, a maximum of 24,096,385 conversion shares will be allotted and issued, representing (i) approximately 19.89% of the total number of issued shares as at the announcement datecarcrashroblox; and (ii) approximately 16.59% of the issued shares as enlarged by the issue of conversion shares.
